Pace GFX partnered with OTJ and Simpson Strong-Tie to design, produce, and install a three-phase interior branding program for its Plano headquarters. The project was created to celebrate the company's history, recognize its people, and reinforce the values that have guided the organization for nearly seventy years.
Throughout the space, environmental graphics and custom installations tell the story of Simpson Strong-Tie's growth and global impact. Employees and visitors encounter a variety of branded experiences, including a large-scale company timeline, a worldwide office map, employee recognition displays, custom glass graphics, dimensional messaging, and BARC's Nine Principles of Doing Business. These elements work together to create meaningful moments that connect people to the company's culture and legacy.
A warm material palette of wood, metal, acrylic, and felt reflects both the craftsmanship and engineering that define the Simpson Strong-Tie brand. Signature orange accents and custom-fabricated details inspired by the company's products are woven throughout the environment, creating a cohesive experience across multiple floors.
From illuminated logo features and interactive recognition displays to storytelling walls and workplace graphics, the finished environment celebrates the people, products, and innovations that continue to move Simpson Strong-Tie forward.
